Our Care Professionals

We look for people with the same caring nature and values as the rest of our team because home care is a personal job and crucial for the individuals and families we look after.

Consistent care

We always try to ensure that your care professionals will be the same familiar faces every time. We firmly believe in establishing trust and an ongoing relationship with our service users as this helps us to provide better care and to notice changes that might affect your health or prevent conditions worsening.

Highly trained

We undertake ongoing training to ensure our staff provide high quality services to our service users. We take great care in developing our staff and have recently started the Prepare to Care Programme alongside London South East Colleges (LSEC), a free 8-week course designed to help people new to caring, gain an essential entry level qualification in health and social care.

Safe

All of our staff seeing service users will be DBS checked to the appropriate level and will have completed a rigorous set of mandatory training and shadowing, before supporting service users independently.
