Our care is an alternative to placement in a residential care home and offers support after a hospital admission, a fall at home, or a life event meaning the family can no longer provide enough support.
We provide care by supporting our service users to remain in their own home with dignity, independence and control over their lives. Our team will work with you and your family to design a person-centred care plan to suit your needs and choices.
Our care professionals will visit on a day and at a time that is convenient to support your needs; the duration of these visits could be from 30 minutes to a few hours a day (depending on your requirements) to assist with day-to-day tasks.
